PENGEMBANGAN POTENSI DAN PROMOSI WISATA PULAU SAMBER GELAP DI KABUPATEN KOTABARU

Abstract

The researched problem regarding the tourism potential and promotion of
the dark samber island aims to increase tourist visits to the dark samber
island. The research method used is a descriptive method, which describes
a situation or situation, especially those related to efforts to optimize the
quality of a tourist attraction to increase the number of tourist visits to the
dark samber island. The results of the study found that the lack of facilities
and management, as well as the promotional media for the island of
Samber Gelap, did not reduce tourist interest. It was seen from the increase
in the number of visits from 2013 to 2014. The conclusion of this research
is that Samber Hitam Island has the potential of an interesting tourist
attraction, such as the largest turtle conservation in South Kalimantan, then
the beach and wide stretch of white sand with its underwater beauty and
fishing tourism and the role of the Pariah Government in developing
Samber Gelap Island tourism is very important in spatial planning facilities
and infrastructure.
