STRATEGI PROMOSI FOOD AND BEVERAGE DEPARTMENT DALAM UPAYA MENARIK TAMU DI HOTEL PYRAMID SUITES BANJARMASIN

This article examines the problem of implementing the
promotional strategy used today in an effort to increase hotel
guest visits, the approach used is qualitative. The results show
that the promotional strategy is in line with the promotion
theory according to Philip Kotler, namely Advertising, namely
in this stage the hotel advertises its products through print
media, electronic media and social media or the internet.
Personal Selling, namely in this stage the Sales and Marketing
section of the hotel invites prospective guests who are usually
representatives of an agency or group personally to then
present the products they want to offer.
