Abstract

Especially in the hospitality industry, especially star hotels, Food and Beverage is a part or department that is responsible for meeting the needs of food, beverage, or other needs of guests, which is managed commercially and professionally. This is a part that can increase hotel revenues, various efforts are made to improve taste and quality to aggressive strategic promotions. Therefore, in this article, the author makes a strategy to improve the quality of food products at the pyramid suites hotel restaurant Banjarmasin. The research model used in this article is descriptive so that the marketing strategy at Scarlett Restaurant Pyramid Hotel Banjarmasin must be further improved, seeing that the restaurant competition in hotels is now very much so that conclusions can be drawn.
