ANALISIS PROSEDUR PEMBELIAN BARANG KEBUTUHAN PADA FAVE HOTEL BANJARBARU-BANJARMASIN

Abstract

The problem under study is the application of procedures for purchasing goods effectively and efficiently carried out at Fave Hotel Banjarbaru-Banjarmasin. The object of this research is carried out in the Purchasing section which is in charge of taking care of all types of purchases of hotel necessities. The results of this study found that in the procedure for purchasing goods, delays often occur in the procurement of goods that are already at the minimum limit in the warehouse. The conclusion of this study is that the procedure for purchasing goods at Fave Hotel Banjarbaru-Banjarmasin is constrained by the lack of alertness of the warehouse or Storekeeper in reading the minimum stock which results in the goods in the warehouse often empty. The suggestion that the author can convey is that the application of the procedure for purchasing goods should be carried out optimally by implementing the recommended purchasing procedure as well as making improvements and training for human resources who are not good at carrying out their work.
