KARAKTERISTIK KEHIDUPAN SUKU BANJAR BANTARAN SUNGAI DI KOTA BANJARMASIN

Abstract

Banjarmasin city is known as the city of a thousand rivers. Most of the places in Banjarmasin are surrounded by rivers, large and small, almost on each side of which there are settlements of the Banjar tribe. The purpose of this article is to discuss the characteristics of the life of the Banjar people who live along the river. This writing uses the phenomenological method to obtain empirical experiences regarding the characteristics of the life of the Banjar tribe. While the writing uses a qualitative approach. The data collected was carried out in stages, namely (1) collecting and collecting literature data on the results of research on the culture of the Banjar tribe (2) observing the living conditions of the Banjar tribe along with the riverbank Instruments and Techniques for collecting Natural Setting Data (Natural conditions).
